"My Allergy List" provides a comprehensive and searchable view of all your allergies, both allergy groups and individual ingredients, in one convenient place. It's a helpful tool for reviewing and managing your allergy information.
On the App & Website:

Access "My Allergy List": The "My Allergy List" option is located by tapping your "Profile" icon at the top right of the screen, then selecting "My Allergy List" from the menu.

Review Your Allergies: "My Allergy List" highlights ingredients from our database, based on the allergy groups and ingredients you procided in your profile. The red/amber highlighting system indicates the severity of your reaction to each allergen. This list contains all ingredients Mealeez has in its database that you should be aware of.

Search Your Allergy List (Optional): If your allergy list is long, you can use the search bar at the top of the screen to quickly find a specific allergen.

Edit Your Allergies: From "My Allergy List," you can tap on an allergen to be taking to a Google search that provides more information on the ingredient.
