How do I change my password?

You can easily change your Mealeez password at any time by following these steps:

On the App:

  1. Open the Mealeez app.
  2. Tap the "Profile" icon (at the top right of the screen).
  3. Tap "Account Details & Settings" 
  4. Tap "Change Password."
  5. Enter your new password. Make sure it meets the password requirements:
    • At least 8 characters long
    • At least one uppercase letter
    • At least one lowercase letter
    • At least one number
  6. Enter your new password again to confirm.
  7. Tap "Save"

On the Website:

  1. Visit the Mealeez website and log in to your account.
  2. Click on your profile icon or name (at the top right of the screen), or viewing on Desktop click "My Account".
  3. Select "Account Details & Settings" 
  4. Click on "Change Password."
  5. Enter your new password. Make sure it meets the password requirements:
    • At least 8 characters long
    • At least one uppercase letter
    • At least one lowercase letter
    • At least one number  
  6. Enter your new password again to confirm.
  7. Click "Save"

Important Security Tips:

  • Choose a strong password: Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using easily guessable information like your name, birthday, or pet's name.   
  • Don't reuse passwords: Use a unique password for your Mealeez account that you don't use for other websites or services.
  • Update your password regularly: It's a good security practice to change your password periodically.
