Is There A Family Subscription Option?

Yes! You can share your active Mealeez PLUS subscription with your entire family at no extra cost.

To do this, all family members must be linked to the same sub-account(s), and you, as the PLUS subscription holder, must be an administrator of that sub-account. Once linked, everyone will have access to all the PLUS features, including unlimited food label scans, the Recipe Assistant, and detailed restaurant menu breakdowns.

This feature is designed to simplify meal planning and allergy management for families, ensuring everyone has access to the same resources and information with just one subscription.

Here's How To Get Started:

  1. Sub-Accounts are Key: All family members who want to share your subscription must be linked to the same sub-account(s). This allows everyone to have their own personalized profiles and settings while benefiting from your active subscription.

  2. Admin Power: The person with the active Mealeez PLUS subscription needs to be an Administrator of that sub-account.

  3. Share Subscription: Once all family members are linked to the sub-account, they will automatically share your subscription, giving them unlimited food label scans, access to our powerful Recipe Assistant, detailed restaurant menu breakdowns, and so much more!

  4. Stay Active! To keep your family subscription active, the person with the active subscription must log in to Mealeez regularly. This ensures the system recognizes your ongoing usage and keeps everyone connected.

Once a family member is linked to the same sub-account they should instantly see a blue tick against their profile image and all PLUS features will be unlocked. In their Account Details & Settings under the "Your Membership Plan" heading, it will now read "Family Subscription".
