If you wish to delete your Mealeez account, please follow these steps:
On the App:
- Open the Mealeez app.
- Tap the "Profile" icon (at the top right of the screen).
- Tap "Account Details & Settings"
- Tap "Delete Account" (at the bottom of the screen).
- You will be asked to confirm your decision. Follow the on-screen instructions.
On the Website:
- Visit the Mealeez website and log in to your account.
- Click on your profile icon or name (at the top right of the screen).
- Select "Account Details & Settings."
- Click on "Delete Account" (at the bottom of the screen).
- You will be asked to confirm your decision. Follow the on-screen instructions.
What happens when I delete my account?
When you delete your Mealeez account, the following will happen:
- Your profile and all associated data (including your allergy information, saved recipes, etc.) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Subscriptions: If you have a subscription, you must cancel it separately through the platform where you subscribed (e.g., Google Play Store, PayPal). Mealeez does not automatically cancel subscriptions, and no refunds will be given for the remaining term
Important Notes:
- Data Deletion is Permanent: Please be aware that deleting your account is irreversible. All of your data will be permanently lost.
